*Proof of ASN Membership Status is required during the online registration process. Please provide your ASN membership number (ASN User ID). It can be found on your ASN Membership profile. If you do not know your membership number, please email asnmanager@asneurochem.org **Proof of Student/Post Doc Status is required during the online registration process. Please provide your valid official photo identification or an official letter from your university/organization that indicates proof of status as a Student/Post Doc. Undergraduates who are currently waiting to start medical or graduate school (within the last 5 years) and are working in a University are eligible to get student rate with a copy of employment ID. ***Low-Middle Income Countries - Please click here to see the countries that qualify for the registration discount. |

For online registration, we only accept credit card payments with Amex, Visa or Mastercard. For onsite registration, we only accept Cash (USD), Amex, Visa or Mastercard. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the Meeting. Cheques will NOT be accepted. |
Individual Registration Cancellation Policy |
Registration cancellations received in writing at the 52nd Annual ASN Meeting Secretariat's address by February 25th, 2022 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 100.00 administrative fee as per Committee policy. Cancellations received in writing after February 25th, 2022 will not refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. Please email asn2022-registration@icsevents.com. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance at the Meeting.
Registration fees for delegates registering under the Low-Middle Income categories are non-refundable.

Letter of Invitation for International Attendees
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a travel visa and authorization to attend the 52nd Annual ASN Meeting will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment received by the Meeting Secretariat. It is the delegate’s responsibility to determine his/her requirements for entry into the United States.

As a registered delegate of the 52nd Annual ASN Meeting, you agree that the Meeting Organizers or authorized third parties may photograph or record your likeness, image, name, voice, and/or words, and may publish or distribute your likeness, image, name, voice, and/or words for promotional and educational purposes in various forms of media, including but not limited to websites, presentations, and marketing materials. Photographs of data, whether displayed on screens, in posters, or elsewhere is not permitted.
The Meeting Secretariat cannot accept liability for injuries or losses arising from accidents or other situations during or as a consequence of attending the 52nd Annual ASN Meeting. In addition, the Meeting Secretariat is not liable for presentation cancellations or session delays that are beyond their reasonable control. In the unlikely event that the Meeting is cancelled, travel and accommodation cost will not be refunded.
