NOMINATION FORM FOR
PRESIDENT ELECT AND COUNCILORS

Nominations must be submitted online or sent to the ASN business manager by 5:00 pm January 22, 2007.

Nominations are requested for President Elect (1 position) and Council Members (6 seats).


Nominate only one person for the President Elect position. Nominate up to 6 people for the 6 open Council positions.

The term of President Elect will be for 2007-2009 prior to assuming the duties of President for the term of 2009-2011.
The term for each Council member will be from 2007-2011.
